Yes, tea is very good for you - but most people drink
tea because it TASTES GOOD - the health benefits

antioxidant flavoroids (for your heart, bones &
teeth) are just a GREAT BONUS!

WHY
DO WE FLAME ROAST OUR COFFEE?
(When the big guys are full of hot air)
We flame roast our beans for the same reason you purchase good
coffee

The Flavor!
Not everyone can roast coffee over a flame and get it right.
We can. We feel too many coffee merchants are taking the
easy route and cooking their beans with hot air. We won't. Why? Well, which would you rather have, a steak baked in the
oven or prepared on the grill?
True, it
takes skill to cook over a flame - but hey, the flavor is
worth the effort. We feel that way about our coffee. To bring
out the best flavors in the bean, it's worth the extra time
and effort to drum-roast it over a flame.
